Hello All:
I sent Jo a new batch of pics. And i would encourage everyone else to do it as well, if you can find the time. I have learned through experience that what I think is sexy might not work for other people.
Summer, obviously we don't want to rush you. If you don't have a taboo book right now, perhaps we can hold off til the second anthology. I think we all hope to make this a regular thing, with a core of several writers.
But if you have something that might be ready in a few weeks, I'm definitely willing to wait.
Again, not trying to step on anyone's toes. Like Laura, i can go with the flow. I would like to get this process up and moving, though.

If Summer isn't ready, our new author Pornelope said she has one that could be subbed in for this first anthology. Or she can wait for another anthology down the road. Her book is 7,150 words...might be a little short, but it could help balance out some of the longer ones.

Is there any consensus yet on what the title will be?

Is there any consensus yet on what the title will be? Ladies? Are we OK with "Taboo Trysts?"

I like the cover! As for the title, Taboo Trysts isn't lighting it up for me, but I'll be damned if I'm coming up with better so if everyone else if fine with it, then that's what we'll go with.

Regarding the names, I think Laura is probably the most well-known author here. After that, who knows. Jo, I think we should do this in order of popularity, to draw in as many people as possible. Can you hazard a guess who would be next? Veronica, me, Alexa?

I don't think it matters much on what name is where. We could also do alphabetical (which would leave me in the same spot LOL)
I will suggest the order the stories go in match the names on the cover...does that make sense?

I didn't see that it was mentioned here, but there is another author who would like to join the anthology 'Pornelope'
I don't see an issue with that especially as none of the other authors under the badgirls hashtag seemed interested when Alexa asked on twitter. Everyone else okay with it?

That's great news, Summer. I would really like to have this ready to roll by next weekend. I'm going to edit my story and send a new (shorter) version to Jo. If everyone could work to get their's in, too, that would be great.
I have no problem with Pornelope joining.
Regarding the names on the cover art, I think we should definitely work to have the best-known first. So that would be, I think, Laura, followed by Alex or Vernoica or myself. No offense to Summer, but it doesn't look like she's got a lot out there yet.
Or maybe we should use Laura last to anchor the collection?
Everyone feel free to weigh in. I'm sure we'd all like to get this put to bed.

Alana, you have it backwards. The most popular author in an anthology is considered the "anchor." And the anchor is always listed last, to encourage readers to read the lesser-known authors' books first. Otherwise they'll just read their favorite author's story, and set the book aside.
Another way to order the stories is alphabetically by author's last name. And a third way is to order them by story length, with the shortest story first and the longest story last. Then order the author names to match either of these choices.
These two options have the added advantage that no one feels like "Gee, I'm the least popular person here...don't I feel special!" Nothing's more fragile than an author's ego. LOL

So, I have spoken with Jo. And SURPRISE! I am completely wrong about how authors should be listed. According to her, the best-known should be last, in order to make people curious about the other stories and draw them in.
Shows how much I know. : )
Anyway, How about this lineup?
Alexa Veronica Alana Summer Pornelope Laura
